2020 Membership Requirements Completed

While every United Way is an independent organization, we also must adhere to a set of standards and requirements in order to be members of United Way Worldwide.  In order to be able to use the United Way name and logo, our United Way must successfully complete these membership standards. As a donor or volunteer with the United Way of Paducah-McCracken County, these membership standards are another way that you can rest assure that this organization is being managed and governed to the highest possible standards. Our United Way is in compliance with the rules and regulations of United Way Worldwide.

We will not sell, share or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.

This policy applies to all information received by United Way of Paducah-McCracken County, both online and offline, on any Platform (‘Platform’, includes the United Way website and social media platforms), as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications.

To the extent any donations are processed through a third-party service provider, our donors’ information will only be used for purposes necessary to process the donation.
